Usage

After logging into Outlook, the REDDOXX Addin is available and thus serves as a link to REDDOXX Desktop.

The Outlook Addin offers additional functions in Outlook that are not available in the web interface and REDDOXX Desktop.
For example, messages can be re-archived or senders can be blacklisted if they are spam that the appliance did not recognise.

Archive folder / subfolder:

  1. Right-click on an Outlook folder and select "Archive Folder".
  2. select whether e-mails in subfolders should also be taken into account
  3. in the archiving preview you can see all the emails selected for archiving
  4. confirm the archiving process with "Archive mails

Individual e-mails from Outlook can also be archived by right-clicking on the e-mail -> REDDOXX -> Archive mails.
The process is identical to the above procedure from step 3 onwards.

Block sender:

  1. Via a right click on one or more e-mails, they can be blocked via REDDOXX -> Add Sender to Block List.
  2. In the following window, you can check the address list of the e-mails to be blocked.
  3. With a click on "Add to blacklist", the blacklist entries for the user logged into the REDDOXX Desktop are transferred to their user-based blacklist.
